I am attempting a solo, non-stop circumnavigation via the Southern Ocean route aboard a self-built plywood yacht.

Estra is a 34-foot plywood offshore yacht, designed by Dudley Dix and built by my father. Simple, strong, and proven, she is getting prepared for solo ocean sailing.

The route will take me around five great capes in the Southern Ocean and will last 7-9 months.
